Where is my parcels? Track 'n Trace is useless!

On the 7th of January, a parcel addressed to me was dispatched from Britain via Royal Mail. This parcel is nowhere to be found. <br> <br> On the 5th of February, a second parcel to me was dispatched from Britain again via Royal Mail, this time as an International signed package. This Parcel was handed to the South African Postal Service on the 9th of February (as per Royal mail) The South African Post Office cannot tell me where any of these two parcels are. <br> <br> Currently I am at my whits end. I have tried calling the contact centers, but after 5 minutes on hold the phone line drops. I have sent several e-mails to [Email Removed] NO REPLY!!!<br> <br> A Customer service e-mail doesn't even respond!!! WOW!!! NOW that is the epitome of South Africa. The National Postal Service can't be trusted.<br> <br>
