Where is my parcel SA Postal

Where is my parcel?? Parcel was sent from Netherlands 4th May and to date tracking number says it hasnt even arrived in SA yet so only thing i can think is either it hasnt been scanned in yet or it has been ******? I have emailed the customer service 5 times with no reply and tried called JIMC and Cape Mail and get no reply and no answer! SA Postal is a complete joke
