I am very dissapointed with the post office service. No one can give me an answer of where my parcel is. - PARCEL TRACKING RESULTS Item Number PE***ZA last scanned 2025/02/18 at 2:23 PM Location last scanned Wits Mail Center Currently has status of Dispatched

I have called many times and promised a call back and no one has called. The lady I spoke to (Julia) even told me my parcel could be lost ...Like really. No one can tell me where it is. Please can some one call me to tell me where is my parcel.
