Where is my parcel?

I am expecting a parcel that was posted from the United states via USPS in March & received in johannesburg in March. Since then, nothing has happened and I still have not recived my parcel in Cape Town. I have called the johannesburg international office, to no avail as they won't even answer their phones there. After much prodding, I was advised via email that parcels to Cape Town are delayed but nobody has any idea why. This is now affecting my business and I need my goods asap. To get no assistance, even the inability to answer phone calls, is completely unacceptable. <br> Tracking no. ii***ZA
