where is my parcel

I have been waiting for my parcel for over 5 months now, The parcel left USA after a week that was 22/05/2017 , I tried 3 post offices here to help me locate it because it never came to my address , how come they cant trace LC ********** US , so if you have a small parcel you must loose it?
