Where is my parcel?

On the 4th of Sept 2017 a foreign parcel with the local tracking IJ 104 217 646 ZA was sent from Jhb Int Mail Center to WITPOS. The parcel stood there and from WITPOS was sent back to Jhb mail Center for no reason at all. Perhaps the people handling the parcel though that Aspen Hills 2059 was in Switzerland or Mars. Now, I am told that the parcel is there somewhere and they have to look for it. The WITPOS has no idea why they sent it back Why so much incompetence. Doesn't it hurt?
