Where is my parcel?!

My parcel from France entered South Africa on the 1st of August 2015. Two weeks ago I called and was told it was in the country but that no local tracking number had been designated. I called this morning and was told the item is 'still on it's way to South Africa'?!?! I tracked it (LA***FR) and see that it has been 17 days and no delivery and only lies from the people at CapeMail and the JHB HUB. Luckily I have the whole conversation recorded if anybody from SAPO is interested in listening to the BS we're fed.<br> <br> Can somebody please tell me where my parcel is!?
