WHERE IS MY PARCEL

I ordered a parcel from the US (Barnes & Nobel) 2 months ago now. I havent heard a THING from the SA Post Office as to where it is or when it will be arriving. I have tried calling everyone I can (customs, the post office) and noone answers their phones!!! Where are these people?!!! Why can NOONE help me?! Surely someone should be able to tell me how long it will take to get my parcel to me???? Is it EVER going to arrive???? Pulling my hair out here
