Where is my Parcel

I have waited just over six weeks for a parcel to come from Japan. The Johannesburg international mail centre does not answer their phones at all and going there does not help either as no one can assist you. I must say I always had good things to say about EMS and the international mail centre. Now I cannot trust them to deliver a single parcel in tact and on time. It is really discouraging and frustrating dealing with them. I am now finding other ways to bring items in from overseas. Its more expensive but at least you know you will get your parcel. Is there anyone who is willing to assist me. The Parcel is SAL addressed to Jade Thorpe and should go to the Modderfontein Post Office.
