Where is my package?

Very frustrated with SA Post Office. I ordered a package on 1 July 2021. It departed from Germany to South Africa on the 28th of July 2021. The tracking information states that it reached South Africa's local distribution center (JIMC A) on 16 August and departed on 18 August 2021. There hasn't been an update since. I've tried phoning the help line and sending emails, with no luck. I don't know what to do anymore!
