WHERE IS MY PACKAGE??

My Parcel, for which I received a tracking number (RE***SE) left customs on Monday, April 25, 2016 18:16:00 . For over a week now the tracking system shows it as "IN TRANSIT". IT DOES NOT take that long to get a package that has CLEARED CUSTOMS from one address in Joburg to another address in Joburg. I have called the call centre 4 times. I do not believe any one answers the phones at all ever as i held on every time until the line went dead. Despite the voice recording saying 'YOUR CALL WILL BE ANSWERED SHORTLY".
