Where is my mail RI***ZA

I am in need of my international mail which has the local tracking no RI***ZA. Now, i contacted customer care and they gave me this local tracking no, and the tracking results say it left JHB HUB for Polokwane hub on 18 Oct 2015. With the assistance of my local branch, i was informed that Polokwane HUB confirmed that THE CONTAINER WITH MY MAIL NEVER REACHED POLOKWANE. IT IS STILL IN JIMC.<br> The container with my mail NEVER LEFT JIMC, so at POLOKWANE HUB THERE IS NOTHING. Since the 18th of October my mail has been in transit to Polokwane?? Please do not give me the same misleading tracking results and free my mail, wherever it is being held up.<br> Please assist me in communicating with who ever is responsible for my mail to be released. Its been too long a wait.<br>
