WHERE IS MY IMPORTED ITEM?

WHERE IS MY PARCEL South African Post Office? I bought an item last year 2020 November from overseas . According to Item tracker, it has been held at Customs since December 2020, and the same status till to date. I have tried to get hold of South African Post Office following up on my parcel, still no answers. It is almost 3 Months!!!
