Where are my Parcels.

I have numerous items sitting at the JIMC since February 2020 . No one at the Post office can provide any information as to when these parcels will move down. The post office is completely dysfunctional. There is no point in having this White elephant still operating. Nobody in that organisation cares about anything. Water off a duck's back.
