Where are my Parcels??

Parcel tracking website shows 2 of my parcels have been at WITSPOS for about 2/3 weeks. Where are they? Can't call you because you dont answer the phone. Can't email (same reason), can't drive an hour to WITSPOS because I'm sure I wont be allowed in? What now???
