Where are my parcels

I have ordered two parcels online two months ago with tracking numbers RR***IL, YC***YW, and I want to know why is it taking so long. One of these parcels is a reorder i had to do because of the strike last year where it never came. I really need these items and i can't wait any longer. The strike last year meant that the other items i ordered last year only came in January, three months later. I really don't need this stress of not knowing where my items are or if they will get lost again or delivered late
