Where are my packages & When will they arrive??

Why is nobody from the SAPO responding to my email/telephone queries??<br> I have tried calling over 7 different phone numbers more than 10 times each, and I still have not gotten through to one single person yet.<br> I have emailed to several email addresses every day for the last few days, and not a single reply/response from anyone yet.<br> <br> WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON AT THE POST-OFFICE??<br> Somebody PLEASE give me the local SAPO tracking numbers for my packages.<br> These packages should have arrived a long time ago by now....<br> <br> - RU***GB - package coming in from UK<br> - LK***US - package coming in from USA
