When will this crisis end?!

I bought an item from Germany in January 2015. To this day i have not received it. I have emailed the customer services, no replies. I have called the help line, i've been ignored or had the phone put down on me a total of 19 times. The parcel is in the country. It's last scan was at the international hub on the 21st of February. <br> <br> Is this nightmare ever going to end? There are tons of parcels sitting at the international hub and no one is delivering them?! My post office gets 1 or 2 parcels from overseas a week. Yet i can safely say there should probably be a lot more. It's madness.
