When will JIMC start processing incoming mail

Parcels not being processed at JIMC for days now. Only response when I get one is \We are still processing". It is time for this company to fire ALL its staff and get people who can appreciate a job. Stop demanding and start working.GUESS WHAT: I DEMAND my parcel BEFORE i leave to go back to the EU where I certainly will not be returning from again. WE are the customers and YOU are supposed to be providing a service. BUCK UP!! YOU ARE A JOKE TO THE ENTIRE WORLD. """
