Whats going on??

I had a parcel sent from the post office in Thabazimbi on the 2nd of December to New Zealand and it has not yet arrived. Tracking stopped on the 7th Dec at Tswane hub. I can not track it further than that, I don't know where it is and NO ONE answers their phones. Those are my kids Christmas presents. What to do?! The parcel that was sent last year only took 2 week!!
