What must a person do to get your parcel from them?

Pathetic. My parcel was delivered on the 24th of April to Witpos Hub. Being trying to track my parcel and no one can tell me where it is. Pathetic service. Phone just rings and when they answer they promise to keep in touch via email. No correspondence from them what so ever.
