What kind of service is this? Nonsense!

I app**** for my car disc on the 2nd feb 2022, its the 13th March and i still dont have my disc. I constantly have to make follow ups with them to get progress and they only respond when it suits them. On the 1st quote i paid for the delivery fee and the second quote for penalties. Now im asked again to add my vehicle details and pay for the delivery fee. This is utter nonsense and their service is a disgrace.
