what is happening???

<p> i have an international parcel i am waiting for RS ********** 90CN which left customs on the 11th oct 2016 it is now a week later 18-oct 2016 and still no progress from there. how long does this take??? this is why everyone is starting to use courier services instead of the post office</p>
