what ever it takes a joke

i have orderd 28 small products from china.oldest order arived at o/r in middle november and its still not delivered.one small package .150kg (leds ) harmless totaly safe and not heavy.they want to charge me r80+ ...after waiting 3 months for package.how do they get to that amount?dhl r40 and 4 days.to the workers that are trying ...thank u.to the dead wood...stop killing our country...
