What are they thinking?

I'm waiting for a parcel from the US which was mailed in February already (LN***US). I tried to follow up after a month, but I'm not getting through to the call centre. Emails get ignored. So three months later and still no parcel. <br> SA post office is probably at the bottom ranking of global postal services. Is management really so ineffective that this can't be reversed?
