What a terrible joke for a business
<p>This is what you get when a goverment runs a business, </p> <p>Email sent to customer service but don't expect to get any response</p> <p>Please assist I have lost my sense of Humour and patience. I have been waiting 3 months for a parcel of which 0ne month has been sitting in the hub in Jet Park.</p> <p>Customer service is non existent and I am tired of waiting on the phone asking for patience only to be disconnected or told by the operator she doesn't know whats happened to my parce R******XX The only perosn at the post office who has tried to help is Elise Labuschagne and today Daphne at the call center</p> <p>These numbers do not exist or are not manned by compitent personel</p> <p>Fetile in charge of parcel ********** 066<br />Arinda ********** 080<br />Post iffice supervisor bradley ********** 065</p> <p>I hsve no idea who to turn to and I don't believe going to the press will do anything as the post office is already a lost cause.</p> <p>I would appreciate any human support on this matter....</p>
