What a bad service im getting from the post office

I received an sms from post office at 95 masabalala yengwa avenue ref IJ***za, to say I must come and fetch my parcel , that was 27 august 2019. I went there and they said they cant find it, I called customer service and they confirmed my parcel is there . I tried to call the post office again for 2 weeks I cant get hold of them. no one seems to answer the calls. I called customer service again and they said I should ask for a manager who looks after international parcel, his name is Antony. I cant get hold of him. The guy just answered my call now and he said he is busy I must phone after 10 min. This is ridiculous, we cannot tolerate this kind of behavior. I am totally devastated. Some one need to sort this because I am going to take it up to the minister of communication now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm tired of being sent from pillar to post, it seems as if your staff is ***********.
