Westgate Post Office Staff horrible

Very disappointment in the way Westgate Post Office Staff treat their clients, when you phone to ask for help or information they always have an excuse as why they cannot assist you. Then best of all got there yesterday 5min before closing time door still open walk after another Lady, one of the staff members walk up to us and chases us out by shouting saying the door was closed and they will simply not assist us (hhhmmmm we cannot walk through closed doors) but nothing to lady that walk in right before us. And this after I have been waiting a month and half since my package arrived in SA for them to send the slips (only 3 of the 8 packages that i am waiting for) because they will not even assist in pointing you the right direction to find what your South African tracking number is so that they can see if it is there or not because they will simply not help you without a tracking number surely there is a log book of some sort.
