Westgate Post office Complaint for parcel RI***ZA

Hello to whom it may concern,

I have been taken to pillar to post when trying to get assistance with this tracking number RI ********** 96ZA which suppose to be at Honeydew Post office

I was informed by the customer service that the item was scanned at West Gate Post office, my client went there as it is far from Honeydew and was not assisted was told the parcel is at JHB international Mail center, We tried to contact the parcel track and they gave us the managers number M Motswening who was very unhelpful and rude as we told them their office number rings unanswered the whole day and it now a week trying to get hold and when we explain she just told us to call the 011 number, however, we tell her its not reachable she says the is no electricity and should call the 011 number we asked for their email she did not want to give us All we want is assistance on RI ********** 96ZA for this parcel to be redirected to Honeydew if possible
