WELL DONE Port Alfred Post Office employee

Port Alfred Post Office. In the queue for motor vehicle licences yesterday it was clear the elderly man in front of me has a severe case of Parkinson's disease and could not complete the required form. I asked the Queue Marshal (a tall African gentleman) to please complete the form on behalf of the elderly customer. (I could not assist due to a broken hand).

Without blinking a eye he took the form with the old licences and filled in the required sections and helped the customer to sign his signature.

Service above the call of duty.

The customer and I both thanked him for his caring service.
