Welkom Post Office, Welkom Free State

I just had the worst service experience at Welkom Post Office after a long time since I used this service. After queueing outside the building from 7am on the 30th of September 2020, the place only opened their door at 9:30am for reasons only known to them.

We were only allowed inside the building at as the staff was busy still with whatever other arrangements. As if that wasn't enough, an extra one hour in same queue now inside the building. All of these just to renew a vehicle license disc.

What is more frustrating about the whole experience is that even with about all 11 service counters, only 3 were open, which does not make any sense at all. It is extremely frustrating that even with so many services that are being added up on the Post Office someone does not see the need to increase their labour, which by the way does not even help much when it comes to their staff's attitude. And as usual, complaining to "management" is usually useless as it normally bares no fruits.
