Where to start???<br> the strike?<br> the absolute horrific pathetic useless non existing service?<br> the call center that doesn't answer calls?<br> the head office with a telephone, that rings without answer?<br> the hundreds of other phones that go unanswered?<br> the customer service mail service that ALSO DON'T ANSWER THEIR MAILS?<br> missing parcel for 5months now?<br> no service to find the parcel?<br> <br> Shocking. revolting service. <br> utterly disappointment, and incredibly upset. and impossibly difficult to write this complaint without using one curse word to describe the inability to work....
