Watch Out - Items ****** from Parcel
I received a birthday parcel on 20 October with chocolates and little curios from my daughter, who is currently visiting Germany. She doesn't have much money and wrapped everything securely in newspaper, taping the parcel closed.

It arrived after 5 weeks, which isn't too bad by South African standards and looked untouched. It had a SA full domestic tracking number on it: ***0 ZA

When we opened the parcel, we saw that it had been cut open, the newspaper was torn and several items were missing, then it had been re-sealed with clear tape.

We are disgusted with the post office and the **** they employ.

Of course, they are a government entity, who doesn't reply - why else would they make a loss in billions of Rands? It has started again. Expect affirmative shopping from post office staff, even if you just send chocolates. They stop at nothing!
