WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

WHAT THE HELL SAPO? They strike for better pay and then STILL don't do their jobs?? I had a packaged mailed the 15th May 2015 from Namibia. It is now the 10th June 2015. When I check my tracking number it says it is in Rustenburg, however I have been to the post office on several occasions and they have no record of it even being in South Africa? So who the hell is wasting my time? How can no one know where it is? If I have not signed for it then it should still be there? The service is appalling! Don't damn well deserve the increase the idiots got! Please know, this isn't the first time either!
