Was Promised my parcel by the 4th

I am very unhappy for the following reasons:<br> <br> I bought a parcel on Ebay and it says that I would have received it by the 4th. <br> <br> - I phone to try and find out where my parcel is and when the courier will deliver it to only find out that my valuable goods has been left in the Hands of the Post Office.<br> <br> - They can't tell me when I can Expect my Parcel, Only that it will take another 2 weeks after the Due Date I was given!!<br> <br> - I phone now (4 March 9:09) and they tell me I can't collect it at the Big Post Office because they are only now on the 22nd Feb's Workload.<br> <br> I am really stressing because this is a lot of money and not all the information was given to me correctly because I was under the Influence they will deliver it with a courier to my door step.<br> <br> Regards<br> Lucinda
