Warrant Search

I wouldnt recommend Post Office to anyone, SAPO lost my parcel in February 2018 and till now they havent repayed me. I opened search warrant case at Ladybrand Post office, they promised to call me back but till no they havent called me. Every time i am looking for the manager i am told He is not there
