Want to loose an international parcel? Send it with South African Post Office

CN***ZA The above tracking number refers. The parcel was sent via air to the Ukraine on 13 December 2019. I have received written confirmation from Ukrposhta in the Ukraine that my parcel has not been received by them to date, 14 Februaty 2020. Two months and no information on the parcel. My parcel was handed in at the Elardus Park post office in Pretoria. The tracking system for a long time only stated "on route". As from 13 February the parcel (CN***ZA) is not on the system........... Service and client relations is non existant. *** nobody answers "High call volumes" My complaint was send by email to *** on 28 January 2020. To date no communication not even acceptance of the email is acknowledged. I want my parcel back!!
