Waiting over a year for a package, STILL NOTHING!!!

Still waiting for a package that was purchased last year February have followed up numerous times NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHERE THIS PACKAGE ACTUALLY IS!! We have tried now to follow up in every way, phoned emailed and even spoke to the company we got the package from they say it has not been returned to them and it has now been way over a year!!! This is unacceptable and I am waiting for a response or someone that can help me find this package.
