Waiting on postoffice to deliver documents till to

Last week monday i was sent document via fast mail and still haven't received them when i went to the bryanston west branch to collect them they told me they would be there wednesday or thursday i went there and i found nothing i went on friday the lady that works there told me they are not working at witpos (hub) due to the water issue in the country i have been trying to find out if i can even go collect my documents myself they refused now they telling me i need to wait till the 1st of december i need those documents as i am way overdue in submitting them and need to submit before everyone goes away for the festive
