Waiting on package

<p>Hi - I have a package I ordered which arrived in South Africa & has been at the JIMC for a while. I am waiting for this package to be delivered to Cape Town. I have been trying to phone constantly & can never get through to the JIMC. Could someone please get back to me so that I can follow-up? Thanks.</p>
