Waiting On International Parcel, No One Can Help Me

My parcel arrived in the country almost 2 weeks ago. It went through customs without any issues. But now...nothing. No updates. Nothing. I called the call centre so many times, I also emailed someone at the post office so that they can help me. Nothing. I am still waiting on my parcel. No one can help me. What a horrible service. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
