Waiting more than 3 months for parcels

It has been 3 months since I am waiting for my international orders when I call they don’t answer no reply emails I don’t know what to do this is beyond bad service!!The country has no development.one of my tracking numbers is LB ********** 16SG if I can just go there n fetch it if it’s positive
