WAITING IN DESPERATION FOR DELIVERIES FROM SAPO

I have two international parcels sitting in the JHB HUB waiting for allocation of local tracking numbers and delivery to me. I ordered these items on 1 August 2018!! I am so desperate for these items, and yet SAPO are unable to help me!! What has happened to the quality of service delivery in this country? It is tragic, really. If SAPO does see this review and if someone is willing to improve the quality of SAPO's service and thereby improving its reputation, my tracking numbers are: CH ********** 42AU and RU ********** 26GB.
