Waiting in Anticipation...

I have a parcel en route from the UK. After many visits to my local post office to follow up on where it is and what is happening, I was finally given a phone number to call (no response) and from that picked up a website address (incorrect - but at least I was able to find something online!)<br> <br> Through my investigations, I have established that my parcel has been held by customs since 25 Feb.<br> No one seems to be able to tell me if there is any way that I can follow up on this?
