waiting for weeks for parcels from overseas.

Hi<br> <br> i have ordered a DVD from overseas, tracing number: RU***GB.<br> this is the 3 parcels tracing number the 1 ste one was send end of December 2014 and not received yet and this one was send 28/02/2015 and still not arrived, the message from tracking number say, at customs.<br> <br> How long do we need to wait for our parcels, on the radio the are very proud to say everything is up and running, is that really the case?<br> <br> thanks<br> Trudene<br>
