Waiting for PostOffice JIM C + Customs

I'm waiting for parcel that arrived at "JIMC A", 30 December 2017. I eventually got a local tracking for my international tracking. I was told by the post office that it is with customs (for 3 month) When you phone them +27 11 ********** , then you wait 2-5 minutes abd they simple cancel the call. Please help
