Waiting for parcel since September 2014

We ordered a parcel from the UK which arrived in South Africa on September 2014. After several months of follow up, I was instructed to mail JIMC . I did so and they gave me the local tracking number II***ZA and ensured me that delivery will place asap. This was the beginning of January 2015.<br> <br> Since then no one at the call centre could help me and they do not reply to my emails. All I can see that according to [URL Removed] my package has been at the JHB Mail Centre since 19 January 2015.<br> <br> It is 30 January 2015 and still not received my package<br> This is unacceptable!!!! I will pick it up, if only someone would help me properly and tell me where!!!
