Waiting for parcel for 6 months

I ordered a product from the United states on the 5th of January 2015. The package was dispatched the 6th of January 2015. Today is the 17th of June 2015, 6 months later & still nothing. I tried to track the parcel internationally, but without any luck. The parcel has been dispatched out of the USA according to their tracking website. My parcel number as follow:<br> LK***US<br> <br> I also tried to contact the post office at the following numbers:<br> ***<br> ***<br> <br> The number just rang for an hour on both lines then either the phone would just cut of or no answer.<br> <br> Please advise as to what I can do? Can I collect at the JHB international Post office or how do I go about?
