Waiting for parcel

I was sent a package from Noorsekloof Post Office on 7 Oct 2014 and up to now 30 Jan 2015 after three calls of returning the package I still wait for the Rustenburg Office to respond to my request. I phoned Waterfall mall and asked them to return the package but to no avail.<br> Tracking nr PE ***ZA. This package contains documents that Is seriously needed for a contract which was lost due to the service of the Post Office.<br> Please return this package to the sent office ASAP
