Waiting for package over 3 Months

I have been waiting for my over seas package from the UK, from Last year December, it is 4 months later and my package is still on route.<br> <br> Please update me on where my package, the UK company states the package is in South Africa and it is out of their hands it now lies with SA Postal service, why is the service so poor?????<br> <br> Please can some one help *** Message from overseas company*** The tracking still shows this package as being processed by the SA Postal services therefore we would be grateful if you would check directly with them on this occasion (using the reference RJ***GB ) to enable them to locate its whereabouts?<br> <br> PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!!!
